This symposium aims to examine the role of cultural mediations in the production of spaces, practices and imaginaries of cohabitation. By cultural mediations, we mean processes of connection, dialogue and artistic creation that aim to decompartmentalize cultural institutions, to create opportunities for encounters between artists and populations, and to weave links between creations, knowledge and audiences within inclusive communities.
