As part of the 22nd edition of the Nuit blanche, the SBC invites you to take part in the Affective Cartographies workshop led by artist Poline Harbali. Through embroidery, drawing and punch needle, explore cartography as a tool for questioning our relationship to territories shaped by memory, narratives and emotions.
Designed in echo to the exhibition Diasporic Affections, which explores affective experiences within diasporas, highlighting the shifting constellations that transform identities and cultures. By questioning dominant narratives, artists Laïla Mestari, Francisco-Fernando Granados, Hamza Abouelouafaa, Gem Chang-Kue, and Poline Harbali explore how diasporic experiences influence their practice, reflecting their sensitive and plural potential.
This event is part of the exhibition Diasporic Affection
